A spot in virtual Queen's in the Park must be purchased to attend. Each spot comes with a place for promotion including an in-depth club description, club logos/images/team photo, an optional promotional video, as well as the inclusion of any social media handles and contact information. Please have your description (500 character limit), photos (3 max.), a youtube or vimeo link to your promotional video, and contact information prepared before your register. As indicated in the club contract, after July 15th, a late fee of $5 will apply to regular virtual Queen's in the Park registration fees.
It is our goal to include other interactive components of your club once there is a more solid foundation of the Gather.Town world, to ensure students and clubs have the most engaging experience possible.
Any amount paid in addition to the general fee will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
